From Ft. Myers Florida

The SW Florida Brigade of the American Freedom Riders had a very successful protest for agents Ramos and Compean. The weather was great, the protesters were extremely vocal and we all let are voices be heard throughout the streets of Ft. Myers. We had approx. 50 men, women and children from ages 9 to 71 with one thing on their minds, to demand a FULL PARDON, to SECURE OUR BORDERS and demand BUSH to stand up for these agents and our country.

We had Ft. Myers police in attendance, who supported our efforts 100%, and outstanding media coverage from 2 local TV stations. As the 6 o'clock news came on the air, the American Freedom Riders made the top story of SWFlorida.

As President of the Brigade here in SWFlorida, I personally would like to thank all the states and individuals who took part in today's protest. It is AMERICANS like you and I who make a difference and set an example for all (legal) citizens of this country. We must not allow our "hero's" of the border to spend 1 single second in prison. We must continue to fight, pray and support agents Ramos and Compean.
